Who writes tamdeed’s guides
UAE manpower supply & workforce compliance
The insights on this site are written and maintained by the team that runs the platform they describe. For now they are published under the tamdeed name rather than a personal byline, but they are the work of people who employ, deploy and pay workers in the UAE, not a content desk.
Written by an operator, not an agency
tamdeed employs and deploys workers across the UAE, with their visas, MOHRE-registered contracts and payroll through the Wage Protection System handled in-house. The guides are written from doing that every day: what a charge sheet actually contains, how a visa case really moves, where a cheap quote hides its cut, not from rewriting someone else's article.
Reviewed against the law, dated, and specific
Guides in our compliance, employer of record, pricing and cost categories are checked against the current UAE Labour Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, and MOHRE guidance before they publish, and carry a reviewed line. Every post shows its date. We do not invent wage figures or quote a rate the pricing pages do not publish; where a number would be a guess, we say what moves it instead.
Plain, and useful to the person deciding
Each guide answers the question a procurement manager, an FM director or a contractor actually typed, in plain words, with the trade-offs named. When the service is the answer, we say so and link to it; the guide is never a wall between you and a straight answer.
