The daily running, run properly
Attendance, leave, documents, transport and welfare: the unglamorous work that decides whether a workforce actually functions. The platform runs it, and your portal shows it.
Once people are employed and deployed, the real work begins: who showed up, who is on leave, whose documents expire next month, how people get to site. Most providers run this on phone calls and spreadsheets. We run it on the platform, which is why it holds up at scale and why you can see it.

What the platform runs every day
Attendance with geofencing
Check-ins happen on site, verified by location, so attendance data is real. Payroll is calculated from it directly.
Leave, managed
Requests, approvals and balances live in the system, and the labour law rules on leave are applied automatically.
Documents that renew on time
Every ID, permit and certificate has its expiry tracked, with renewals started before anything lapses.
Transport to site
Getting people to work safely and on time is part of the service, planned and tracked rather than improvised.
Welfare, taken seriously
Medical insurance from day one and a workforce team whose job is the workers themselves. People who are treated properly stay and perform.
One live view
Headcount, attendance, documents and issues, on one screen in your portal. If something needs your attention, you see it first.
The workforce view
Every worker with their status, documents and deployment, in one screen. This is the operational heart of the platform.

Questions clients ask
How do we know people actually showed up?
Attendance is geofenced: a check-in only counts from the site itself. You see attendance live in your portal, and payroll is computed from the same data, so what you see is what gets paid.
Who handles a worker's day-to-day problems?
We do. The workers are tamdeed employees, and our workforce team is their point of contact for leave, documents, insurance and anything else. You direct their work on site; the employment machinery is ours to run.
What about getting workers to our site?
Transport is arranged as part of the deployment where it is needed, and it is planned as an operation rather than left to chance. Tell us the site and the shift pattern and we build it in.
