Salaries paid on time, provably
Every worker paid through the Wage Protection System, every month, with overtime, gratuity and leave calculated by the platform rather than by memory. You can open the records whenever you like.
Payroll is where workforce providers are most often caught cutting corners, because it is where the rules are most detailed: WPS deadlines, overtime rates, gratuity accrual, the midday break, Ramadan hours. We put those rules into the engine itself. The calculation is the same for every worker, every month, and it is checkable.

What the engine handles
WPS, every month
Salaries move through the Wage Protection System, the UAE's own rail for proving workers were paid. On time, with records kept.
Overtime, calculated
Overtime rates under UAE labour law are applied by the platform from actual attendance, not estimated at month end.
Gratuity, accruing correctly
End of service benefits build up the way the law says they should, from day one, so there is no surprise when someone leaves.
Leave and proration
Annual leave, sick leave and mid-month changes are prorated by the engine. A person's payslip reflects what actually happened.
Salary changes with history
Revisions are recorded, dated and applied from the right day. You can always see what a person was paid and when it changed.
One itemised bill
Your monthly invoice shows salaries, our fee and government charges as separate lines. You see the same numbers we do.
The bill that follows payroll
Every invoice itemised to the line, in the portal, with its payment status. This is what transparent billing looks like in practice.

Questions clients ask
What is WPS and why does it matter?
The Wage Protection System is the UAE's mechanism for verifying that workers actually receive their salaries. Payments run through it and are reported to the authorities. If your workforce provider is vague about WPS, that is a warning sign; ours is on your screen.
Who owes the gratuity?
tamdeed does, as the employer. It accrues in the engine from each worker's first day, calculated the way UAE law prescribes, so the obligation is funded and visible rather than discovered at resignation.
Can we see what a worker is actually paid?
Yes. Salary, overtime and deductions per person are visible to you in the portal, alongside your own itemised bill. Transparency towards the client and fairness towards the worker are the same feature.
