What a labour supply company in Dubai does
A labour supply company in Dubai employs workers on its own licence, sponsors their residence visas and pays them through the Wage Protection System, then deploys them to a client's site for an agreed period and rate, with the client directing the work. The phrase is used most for site, industrial and operational workers: helpers and general labour, the construction trades, warehouse and yard crews, facilities and cleaning teams. Manpower supply is the wider term that also covers sales and office roles; in Dubai the two overlap and the same licensed arrangement covers both.
Skilled and unskilled labour are different products with different checks and wage lines. Unskilled labour is helpers and general labourers checked for fitness, experience and safety; skilled labour is masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians and other tradesmen who pass a practical trade test. A crew is usually both, in a ratio the work sets, and a quote that prices forty workers as one number is hiding which is which.
tamdeed runs labour supply in Dubai on a platform. Workers check in on site with geofenced attendance, timesheets flow into WPS payroll, document expiries are tracked, and the client's portal shows every person, every grade and every dirham. Short cover is billed on hours from the same record; long supply on a monthly charge sheet. Either way the labour is employed properly and the paper trail is yours to inspect.
Labour by trade and by emirate
Each trade has its own page with the grades, the checks and the rate lines. Outside Dubai, each emirate has its own.

How a Dubai labour supply rate is built
A per-worker monthly rate is the wage for the grade plus the costs of employing the worker plus administration. On a tamdeed charge sheet each grade has its own wage line and each cost is its own line, so a low headline number cannot hide an unpaid insurance, an unaccrued gratuity or forty workers priced as one.
Hourly and daily rates for short cover are the same monthly cost divided by contracted hours, about 208 a month on a 48-hour week. Government fees change from time to time and are passed through at cost. Live pricing applies to one to ten workers; larger crews receive a custom charge sheet from the same lines.
Illustrative structure, not a tariff. Your charge sheet shows the exact lines and amounts for your trades, headcount, site and contract length before you commit.
Build your charge sheet
Pick the grade, the site, the term and the hours, and watch which lines appear, which are at cost and which one is tamdeed's. No market rates, no bundled number.
Turns the statutory accruals into dirhams on your own assumption. tamdeed does not publish market wages; the wage on a real charge sheet is agreed with you by role and grade.

Short cover is the same monthly cost divided by fewer hours, which is why an hourly rate looks higher and is not more expensive per month.

Questions, answered plainly
What is a labour supply company?
A licensed company that employs workers on its own licence, sponsors their visas and pays them through WPS, then deploys them to a client's site at an agreed rate while the client directs the work. tamdeed employs every supplied worker this way and bills from a geofenced attendance record.
What is the difference between labour supply and manpower supply in Dubai?
Labour supply usually means site, industrial and operational workers; manpower supply is the wider term that also covers sales and office roles. Both describe the same licensed arrangement. tamdeed supplies both, and the manpower supply in Dubai page covers the wider service.
Do you supply skilled labour as well as helpers?
Yes. Masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, scaffolders, welders and technicians are supplied trade-tested, alongside helpers and general labour, each grade on its own wage line. Every trade has its own page under manpower by trade.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
The whole emirate: Jebel Ali and JAFZA, Dubai Industrial City, DIP, Al Quoz, Dubai South, Dubailand, the Expo and Dubai Logistics districts, Deira and the Creek, and the communities and towers in between. Transport is scheduled and shown as its own line where the site needs it.
Can I get labour for a few days or weeks?
Yes. Short cover for a peak, a shutdown or a project phase is billed on hours or days from the geofenced attendance record, with every worker on the same registered employment as a long-term crew. The temporary staffing page covers short engagements in more detail.
Who is the legal employer of supplied labour?
tamdeed. Workers are employed on MOHRE-registered contracts, sponsored on residence visas and paid through WPS by tamdeed. They report to your site for the work.
How quickly can labour mobilise in Dubai?
Workers already on the bench and in the UAE can be at your gate within days of an approved charge sheet. Trades that need recruiting, or workers coming from abroad on new visas, take longer because the visa process sets the pace; we tell you which at the brief.
What does labour supply cost in Dubai?
It depends on the grade mix, the site, the contract length, the shift pattern and the headcount. tamdeed itemises the wage by grade, government fees at cost, insurance, gratuity and leave accrual, PPE and transport where agreed, and its own administration line, so a Dubai labour quote can be compared with any other like for like.
