For candidates

You never pay to be hired

Not a recruitment fee, not a visa cost, not a deduction from your first salary. That is UAE law, and it is how tamdeed works. This page is for you: what a real offer from us looks like, and what happens after you accept it.

Job offers for the UAE attract impostors: people who promise a visa for a fee, or an offer that exists only on WhatsApp. A real tamdeed offer never asks you for money, arrives through our platform where you accept it digitally, and is followed by a visa process you can be told about at every step. If someone claiming to be us asks you to pay anything, they are not us.

What happens after you accept

The same steps, in the same order, for everyone we employ.

1

Your offer, in writing

Your role, salary and terms in a written offer you accept digitally. What you accept is what your contract says.

2

Your visa, handled

If you are outside the UAE we arrange your work visa and entry. If you are already here, we transfer your employment and visa properly, with no gap in your status.

3

Insured and registered from day one

Medical insurance, a registered employment contract and your Emirates ID process are part of onboarding, not favours to ask for later.

4

Paid through WPS, every month

Your salary is paid through the UAE Wage Protection System, on time, with a record you can check. That is not a promise, it is how the system works.

Your rights with us, plainly

No fees, ever

You pay nothing to be recruited, nothing for your visa, and nothing to keep your job. Anyone who asks is breaking UAE law and our rules.

Your documents stay yours

Your passport belongs to you. We process what the government requires and hand things back.

A contract that matches the offer

The scope your employer wrote is what your offer and contract carry. No switched terms on arrival.

A real employer

tamdeed is your employer in the UAE: the contract, the visa, the salary and the insurance are our obligations to you, and they are tracked in one system.

Questions candidates ask

How do I know my offer is real?

A real tamdeed offer never asks you to pay anything, and you accept it digitally through our platform, not by sending money or documents to a personal number. If you are unsure, contact us through this website with the name of the person who approached you, and we will tell you honestly whether the offer is ours.

Someone asked me for a fee to get a tamdeed job. What do I do?

Do not pay. Whoever asked is not acting for us: workers never pay fees to be hired, under UAE law and under our rules with every agency we work with. Report it to us through the contact page; we act on these reports.

What if I have a problem after I start working?

You are a tamdeed employee, so you come to us: about pay, leave, documents, insurance or anything else. Your salary record in WPS and your documents are in the system, which makes problems checkable instead of arguable.

Check an offer, or ask us anything

If something about an offer in tamdeed's name feels wrong, ask us before you act on it. It costs you nothing, which is the point.
