Why we price this way
Most workforce quotes in this market are one number a month, and the breakdown is nobody's business but the supplier's. We think that is exactly backwards. If a rate is honest, showing its parts makes it stronger, and if it is not, hiding them is the whole trick.
So every engagement with tamdeed starts with a charge sheet: each cost as its own line, composed for your specific case, shown in your portal before any money moves. You approve what you can read. That is the entire pricing model.
What a charge sheet contains
Four kinds of line, each with a reason to exist. Nothing else is added later.
Recruitment fee
Our fee for finding, vetting and placing a person, whether from our own ready workforce or through a vetted agency. Waived where you bring your own people.
First month salary
The worker's own first month, collected up front and paid to them through WPS. It is their money passing through, not a fee.
Visa and government costs
Permits, medicals, Emirates ID and the rest, passed through at cost. Priced for the person's actual situation, which is why we ask where they are.
Administration
One flat fee for the processing work our team does on the engagement. Flat means flat: it does not grow with salary.

This is the shape of the charge sheet your portal shows, composed for your engagement, with each amount on its line. We publish the structure here and the numbers there, because your numbers depend on your case, and a price on a website that cannot know your case is a marketing number.

Live pricing for teams of one to ten
For engagements of one to ten people, the portal composes your itemised charge sheet as part of the request itself. You see it, approve it and pay it without waiting for anyone.
Above ten people, the same flow captures your request as a custom pricing case and our team comes back with a tailored quote. Volume changes the economics, and pretending otherwise would just move the difference somewhere you cannot see it.

Why is there no price list on this page?
Because an honest price depends on the person's situation, the role and the government costs that apply, and we do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind for your specific case. What we publish instead is the structure, and the promise that your own numbers are itemised in your portal before you pay anything.
What do we pay every month after hiring?
The worker's salary, paid through WPS, plus our service fee, with government charges passed through at cost as they occur. Your monthly invoice itemises all of it, and you can open every invoice in your portal.
Are there setup fees or hidden extras?
No. The charge sheet you approve is the deal. If something genuinely new arises later, it arrives as a line you can read before it is charged, never as a surprise inside a bundled rate.
How do we pay?
Online by card through the portal, or by bank transfer. Online payments confirm automatically; transfers are confirmed by our finance team. Either way, the offer to the candidate releases the moment payment is confirmed.
Is it cheaper than a traditional supplier?
We will not print a percentage, because your comparison depends on what you pay today. What we will say is the mechanism: our rate does not carry layers of coordinators and paperwork teams, because the platform does that work. Bring us your current numbers and see the difference line by line.
