A manpower rate you can take apart before you ask for it

Every supplier in the UAE quotes a manpower rate as one number. tamdeed quotes a sheet of lines. Build the sheet for your own roles, emirate, site, term and hours, see which lines appear and which are at cost, then send it to us as the enquiry.

Build your charge sheet

Pick the grade, the site, the term and the hours. No market rates, no bundled number; only the structure, and the statutory mechanics on your own wage assumption if you type one.

Who do you need?
Where?
What kind of site?
For how long?
Which hours?
How many?

Turns the statutory accruals into dirhams on your own assumption. tamdeed does not publish market wages; the wage on a real charge sheet is agreed with you by role and grade.

Illustrative structure, not a tariff. A real charge sheet carries the amounts against exactly these lines for your roles, site and term, and is approved in your portal before anyone moves.

Per monthSum of the linesLong-term supply
Per hourMonthly ÷ 208Divided by 208 hours
Per dayMonthly ÷ 26Divided by 26 days

Short cover is the same monthly cost divided by fewer hours, which is why an hourly rate looks higher and is not more expensive per month.

1 to 10 skilled trade workers in Dubai, 12 months. The form below opens with this written in.

How to read the sheet

Four kinds of line, and what each one tells you about a quote.

Agreed with you

The wage line. The largest line on any sheet and the one a cheap quote is most often hiding a cut in. Set by role and grade, and shown to you as what the worker actually receives through WPS.

At cost

Work permit, visa, medical, Emirates ID, labour card and medical insurance, passed through without markup and amortised over the term, which is why a two-year contract carries a thinner monthly share than a three-month one.

Set by law

Gratuity at 21 days of basic wage a year for the first five years, 30 days of annual leave, overtime at 25% and 50% for nights. Accrued monthly so the rate can pay them; a rate that ignores them will not.

Only if the site needs it

Transport to an industrial or remote site, PPE and uniforms, a foreman for a gang of ten or more. Each on its own line so you can see it, and absent when your site does not need it.

From check-in to invoice, one hour in motion

The coordination a traditional supplier does by phone, done by the platform. This is exactly how an hour on your site becomes a line you are billed.

Questions, answered plainly

Is this a price list?

No. It is the structure of a tamdeed charge sheet: which lines a monthly rate per worker contains, which are passed through at cost, which are set by the labour law and which one is tamdeed's. The amounts on a real charge sheet are agreed for your roles, site and term and approved in your portal before anyone moves.

Why does the explorer not show a wage?

Because a wage is agreed by role and grade with each client, and a published market wage would be either wrong for your site or a race to the bottom. If you type your own assumption, the explorer turns the statutory accruals and the hourly and daily divisors into dirhams on that number, and labels them as yours.

Why is an hourly rate higher than a monthly rate divided by hours?

It is not, per month. An hourly rate is the full monthly employment cost divided by the hours actually worked; a short engagement spreads the visa, insurance and administration costs over fewer hours, so the figure per hour is higher while the cost per month is the same or lower. The explorer shows the divisors: about 208 hours on a 48-hour week, 26 days on a six-day week.

What happens after I press get this as a real charge sheet?

Your choices are written into the enquiry form on this page as one sentence. Add your name and number, and a tamdeed adviser replies with an itemised charge sheet for that configuration, with the amounts against exactly the lines you have seen here. Live pricing covers one to ten workers; larger crews receive a custom sheet from the same lines.
