These are not marketing steps. Each one is a screen in the portal, and you watch your own progress through them.

Create your account
Sign up online and land in your own portal. You can look around before anything is signed.

Choose your path
Bring your own people, or ask us to build the team. Pick one and your request goes straight to our team as a ticket you can track.

Contract and verification with our team
A real person completes your agreement and the standard company verification with you. When both are done, your profile goes active and every feature opens up.

Submit people or roles
Bringing your people? Add them one by one with their documents. Hiring? Write the scope of work in the portal: the role, the duties, the site, the hours.

Interviews you can join
If we hire for you, we check our own ready workforce first. When candidates come from the vetted agency network, you can join each interview from a link, or leave it with us.

One itemised payment
Before any offer goes out you see the full charge sheet: recruitment, first month salary, visa and government costs, administration. Pay online or by bank transfer.

The offer goes out
The moment your payment is confirmed, the job offer is released to the candidate and they accept it digitally.

Onboarding and visa
Contracts, medicals, Emirates ID, residency: each milestone appears in your portal as it happens, handled by tamdeed in-house, end to end.

Deployed and visible
Your people start work. From here the platform runs attendance, payroll, insurance and renewals, and your bill stays itemised every month.

Some steps are ours and move fast. Some steps belong to the government, and they take the time the government takes. What we promise is that no step ever sits in a drawer: each milestone is worked as soon as it can be, and you watch every one of them move in your portal instead of calling to ask.
What you pay, before you pay it
Every engagement gets a charge sheet you can read line by line before any money moves:
Recruitment fee
Our fee for finding, vetting and placing the person. Waived where you bring your own people.
First month salary
The worker's own first month, held and paid to them through WPS.
Visa and government costs
Passed through at cost, priced for the person's situation, inside the UAE or from abroad.
Administration
One flat fee for the processing work. No surprises added later.
Live, itemised pricing covers engagements of one to ten people. For larger teams the same flow captures your request and our team returns a tailored quote.
Questions clients ask at this stage
How long does it take to get someone working?
It depends on the person's situation. A transfer inside the UAE is usually faster than bringing someone from abroad, because there is no entry permit or travel involved. We do not quote fixed day counts, because government steps are not ours to promise. What you get instead is a live milestone view, so you always know exactly where each person is in the process.
Can we start before signing a contract?
You can create your account, look around the portal and submit your first request before anything is signed. The work itself starts once our team completes your agreement and company verification with you, which is also when your profile goes active.
Do we have to interview candidates ourselves?
Only if you want to. Every interview has a join link you can open from the portal. Many clients attend the final interview and leave the earlier rounds to us; some leave the whole process to us and just approve the shortlist.
When exactly does the candidate get the offer?
After your payment is confirmed, and not before. Online payments confirm automatically; bank transfers are confirmed by our finance team. The moment that happens, the offer is released and you can see the candidate accept it.
What happens after our people are deployed?
The platform keeps running: geofenced attendance, WPS payroll, insurance, leave, document renewals and one itemised monthly bill. Your portal shows all of it live, which is the point of the whole model.
