Who is liable if a worker's papers are wrong?
tamdeed is the employer and sponsor, so the obligations are ours to meet, and the platform is built to meet them: expiries tracked, renewals early, records kept. Your risk is reduced precisely because the responsibility is clearly placed and visibly managed.
Can we audit what you do?
You can see it continuously, which is better than an audit. Worker documents, attendance, payroll status and your own invoices are all in your portal. If your own auditors want records, they can be produced from the system.
Why do you verify clients too?
Because a compliant chain has two ends. Verifying who we work for protects our workers from being deployed into the wrong hands, and protects you from sharing a platform with businesses that cut corners.
