Welcome to Tamdeed. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tamdeed website, mobile application, and any associated manpower deployment or domestic services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or utilizing our platform to book staff (including cleaners, technicians, waiters, or facilitators), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into agreements, and agree to adhere strictly to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
Tamdeed offers both corporate manpower supply (B2B) and on-demand residential cleaning and maintenance services (D2C).
All domestic pricing figures shown on our platform are provisional and subject to change based on actual requirements or custom configurations.
Payments for residential services must be made in advance using authorized digital credit card systems or as specified at checkout. In accordance with UAE federal decree laws, all services rendered within the UAE are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be clearly itemized on invoices.
Clients must ensure a safe and respectful working environment for all deployed Tamdeed staff. This includes:
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Tamdeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the performance or non-performance of our services, including property damage or loss of profit, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the last revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
