Questions clients ask
Do we deal with the recruitment agencies ourselves?
No. The agencies on the platform are onboarded, vetted and managed by tamdeed. You see them as transparent options on your request and pick between them, but the relationship and the money always run through us.
Can we run the interviews?
Yes, from a link in your portal, without installing anything. Many clients join only the final round; some skip interviews entirely and approve from the shortlist. It is your call each time.
What happens after we pick someone?
You confirm the itemised charge and pay online or by bank transfer. Payment confirmed, the offer goes to the candidate; they accept digitally, and onboarding and the visa process start immediately, all visible in your portal.
