Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, refunds, and credits work for services provided by Tamdeed Workforce Solutions L.L.C. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and the specific service contract you enter into with us. Where your signed service contract differs from this page, the service contract prevails.
1. How our services are billed
tamdeed provides ongoing business-to-business (B2B) workforce and Employer of Record (EOR) services. These are governed by a service contract and are generally invoiced periodically (typically monthly, in arrears) for the workforce and services actually delivered. Because we sponsor, insure, and pay deployed workers, some costs are committed on your behalf in advance of invoicing.
2. Cancelling or changing a service
- Notice period: Ongoing service contracts may be cancelled or reduced by giving the notice stated in your contract. In the absence of a stated notice period, a reasonable period agreed in writing applies.
- Committed costs: Where we have already incurred non-recoverable costs for a specific request (for example visa, recruitment, mobilisation, or already-worked time), those costs remain payable even where a service is cancelled.
- Short-notice changes: Changes requested at short notice to a scheduled deployment may incur a fee as set out in your contract or quotation.
3. Refunds and credits
- Amounts already invoiced: Charges for workforce and services already delivered are non-refundable, as they reflect work performed and costs incurred.
- Advance or over-payments: Where you have paid in advance for a service that is subsequently cancelled, any amount not yet committed or delivered will be refunded, or applied as a credit to your account, at your election.
- Service issues: If a service falls short of what was agreed, contact us so we can put it right, typically by remediation, re-performance, or a credit against a future invoice. Refunds, where appropriate, are assessed case by case.
- Method & timing: Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer, normally within 14 business days of approval. Any applicable UAE VAT is adjusted via a valid tax credit note.
4. On-demand and consumer bookings
Where we offer individual, on-demand bookings (rather than an ongoing contract), the cancellation and refund terms shown at the time of booking apply. As a general rule, bookings cancelled with reasonable advance notice can be rescheduled or refunded; bookings cancelled at very short notice, or after a worker has been dispatched, may incur a charge to cover committed costs.
5. Billing disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, raise a dispute through your account manager or the client portal within the period stated in your contract. We will review the disputed items promptly and, where a charge is found to be incorrect, issue a corrected invoice or credit note.
