An Employer of Record (EOR) lets you put a person on a compliant UAE payroll without setting up your own entity, trade licence or bank account. tamdeed becomes the legal employer, with the visa, the contract and the payroll all sitting with us, while the person works to your direction, on your projects, as if they were your own hire.
It is the fastest compliant way to bring a first employee, a remote hire, or a small team into the UAE, and to stay clean with MOHRE and the Wage Protection System from day one.
Step by step
You choose the person
Bring someone you have already selected, or ask us to recruit them for you (see the Recruitment plan).
We become the legal employer
We issue a MOHRE-registered employment contract and sponsor the residence visa, handling the medical, Emirates ID and labour card.
They start working for you
From day one the person reports to you and works on your tasks. We run everything behind them: payroll, benefits, renewals.
Payroll runs every month through WPS
Salary is paid through the UAE Wage Protection System, gratuity accrues correctly, and offboarding is handled end to end when the engagement ends.
Every line, explained
MOHRE-registered employment contract
A UAE labour-law-compliant contract, filed with the Ministry, so the employment is recognised and enforceable.
Residence visa sponsorship and renewals
We sponsor and renew the residence visa, medical and Emirates ID, tracking every expiry so nothing lapses.
Salary paid through WPS every month
Wages are disbursed via the Wage Protection System, the UAE's legal requirement, on time, every month.
Medical insurance and statutory benefits
Mandatory medical cover and the statutory benefits UAE employees are entitled to, enrolled and managed.
Gratuity accrued and settled correctly
End-of-service gratuity is accrued as the person works and settled correctly under UAE labour law when they leave.
Onboarding and offboarding handled end to end
From the first contract to the final settlement, the employment lifecycle is run for you.
How it's billed
AED 1,750 per employee, per month, for the platform and management. Government charges (visa, medical, labour card) and the employee's own salary are passed through at cost and itemised separately, so you always see what is our fee and what is the government's. No setup fee and no minimum term on the platform fee.
Common questions
What is included in the fee, and what is extra?
The monthly fee covers the contract, visa sponsorship and renewals, WPS payroll, statutory benefits, gratuity accrual and the onboarding/offboarding work. Government fees and the worker's salary are billed at actual cost on an itemised invoice.
How fast can someone start?
Once documents are in hand, we begin the visa and contract immediately and track it milestone by milestone in your portal. Government processing times set the pace, not us.
