Why tamdeed

Built for how construction actually works

Mobilisation gate, not surprises

No worker is deployed until visas, labour cards, medicals and site inductions are all clear. That risk sits with us, not on your project.

Scale up for the phase

Ramp a crew for a pour or a fit-out phase, then stand it down, without carrying permanent headcount.

WPS-clean payroll

Every wage runs through the UAE Wage Protection System, so your main contractor's audit finds nothing.

Construction, run like software

Deployed fast, tracked live, billed off verified hours.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can construction manpower start on site?

When the trade is on tamdeed's bench, already sponsored and document-ready, crews can mobilise in days. A new visa takes longer. Either way, nobody reaches your site until the compliance gate has cleared their visa, medical, insurance and induction, so the start date you are given is one that holds.

Who is the employer of supplied construction workers?

tamdeed is. Each worker is employed on a MOHRE-registered contract, sponsored for residence and paid through the Wages Protection System, while you direct the work on site. The employment liabilities, from payroll to gratuity, stay with tamdeed rather than with your company.

How are supplied construction crews billed?

On a rate per worker, by the hour, the day or the month, set out line by line: the wage, the government costs at cost, insurance, end-of-service accrual and tamdeed's own line. Hours come from the attendance your supervisors approve, so the invoice matches the site record.

What happens to outdoor work during the summer midday break?

The UAE's summer midday break stops outdoor work in the hottest hours, and it applies to supplied crews as it does to your own. tamdeed plans rosters around it, so the hours on the invoice are hours that could lawfully be worked. Our guide to the midday break rules sets out how it applies.

Can we scale the crew up or down between project phases?

Yes. Supplied crews are sized to the phase: more helpers and trades for structure and finishing, fewer as the project closes. Because tamdeed holds the employment, releasing workers at a phase end does not leave you with settlements to run.
