The people delivery & last mile runs on
Built for how delivery & last mile actually works
Legal on every axle
Licences, visas, insurance and WPS salaries for every rider, tracked on the platform. When an audit or an accident asks questions, the answers are records, not shrugs.
Welfare that keeps riders
Insured, rested and paid on time. Rider churn is a welfare problem before it is a hiring problem, and treating people properly is the retention strategy.
Fleet-shaped flexibility
Scale with order volume, cover no-shows from the bench, and see who is deployed where, live.
Delivery & Last Mile, run like software
Deployed fast, tracked live, billed off verified hours.
Manpower by trade for this sector
Frequently asked questions
Are the riders employees or freelancers?
Employees. tamdeed employs and sponsors the riders and drivers, pays them through WPS and carries their insurance, so the fleet you deploy is legally employed rather than a pool of freelancers working off the books.
Do riders hold the licences and insurance the road requires?
Yes. Each rider's driving licence and insurance are checked before deployment and tracked for expiry, alongside the visa and medical, so nobody goes on the road with a lapsed document.
Can the fleet flex with order volumes?
Yes. Rider numbers can be scaled for peaks such as sales seasons and Ramadan evenings, with the core fleet kept steady. Hours are recorded against each shift, so the invoice follows the work.
How do you look after rider welfare?
Riders are employed with the same protections as any tamdeed worker: WPS pay, medical insurance, rest and the summer heat rules, with welfare cases handled through the platform. Riders who are looked after stay, which keeps your service steady.
