Yes. Administrators, receptionists, document controllers, data entry and customer service staff are employed on the same model as tamdeed's field workforces: MOHRE-registered contracts, visas, WPS payroll and insurance, with one itemised bill.
What is the difference between office staff outsourcing and an employer of record?
With outsourcing, tamdeed supplies and employs the staff for roles you define. With an employer of record, tamdeed employs a specific person you have chosen, often because you have no UAE entity. Both keep the employment with tamdeed; the difference is who selects the person.
How long does it take to place office staff?
It depends on the role and whether the person is already in the UAE. Candidates inside the country can often start after a visa transfer; hires from abroad need a new visa. We confirm the timeline at the brief, before anything is signed.
Who manages the staff day to day?
