Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you staff a promotion or event?
When the roles are on tamdeed's bench, promoters, merchandisers and event crew can be deployed at short notice for a launch, a shopping festival or a peak weekend. A brief with the dates, venues and headcount lets us confirm what can start and when.
Are promoters and event staff legally employed?
Yes. They are employed and sponsored by tamdeed, paid through WPS and insured, and short assignments run under the Ministry's temporary and part-time work rules. You get the staff for the dates you need without taking on the employment.
Can one team cover several malls or venues?
Yes. Staff can be deployed across multiple sites, with attendance tracked at each location so you can see who is where and for how long. Hours from every site feed one itemised invoice.
Who briefs and manages the staff on the day?
You direct the work and the brand message; tamdeed handles the employment and the deployment. Staff are briefed on your product and standards before the activation, and a replacement is arranged if someone cannot attend.
How are short retail and event assignments billed?
On the hours or days actually worked, from the attendance record, with each rate itemised. There is no idle cost for you once the event ends.
